The intent is to meet The Adam Walsh Child Protection And Safety Act Of 2006. By enacting this law, we are sending a clear message across the country that those who prey on our children will be caught, prosecuted, and punished to the fullest extent of the law. Don't drink and drive in Texas, you can not afford it. Offenders on this list will be noted with the crime they have commited and will have such notifications by their name of either Tribal, State, Federal and / or all counts of which they were convicted. Take note that it will take some time to compile this list, Some counties, states and parishes have been reluctant to comply with the new federal laws. The posting of this information will take time to comply with the US PL 109-248 ss127 commonly known as the Adam Walsh Act.
